Software

Requirements

This section contains UNIX/Linux C++ source code. To install any of these packages (e.g. `name-x.y.z.tar.gz'), you have to unpack it (`gunzip name-x.y.z.tar.gz' and `tar -xvf name-x.y.z.tar'), then enter the directory (`cd name-x.y.z') and build the package (`./configure' and `make'). Also consult README and INSTALL files.

The packages have been developed under Linux using the egcs C++ compiler (version 2.91.66 or above). You also need the Standard Template Library (STL) to compile the programs (which is part of almost any up-to-date C++ compiler).

Packages

  • The Utility package contains some basic stuff that is necessary for other packages. LGPL-licensed.
  • The LogTrace package helps me in debugging my code, but its installation is optional. LGPL-licensed.
  • The Fuzzy Clustering package contains several fuzzy clustering algorithms.
